CNC Gear Hobbing machine (Liebherr LC 120) for gear cutting operation of armature shafts, gears and pinions of spur and helical type. A very high productive machine facilitates manufacture of excellent quality gears which result into smooth and long life operation of Delco geared motors. This machine is capable of hobbing spur and helical gears from 0.4 module to 2.5 module, and enables us to turn out volume production of geared motors in a short period of time.
Induction Hardening Machine- This machine has been specially developed for induction hardening of pinions and gear teeth in an automated process which ensures controlled hardness of components. Having this facility in-house enables us produce gears for a long lasting operation.
